1) Giftkart.pk is not accustomed to writing personal messages on cakes and other perishable items. However, a greeting card with a personalized text can be arranged for your order.
2) We do offer complimentary greeting cards with every order as per the theme of the item.
3) We do not process orders received with incomplete or wrong information. These orders are kept on hold until the customer updates the support team with the right details.
4) We highly value and encourage seeking your reviews for the orders delivered.
5) We are not responsible for a delay in receiving the order on the customer’s behalf due to their unavailability etc. Giftkart.pk is not subject to any blame for a decaying freshness of the item.
6) We offer time-specific deliveries to all over Pakistan but not on the following events:
1) Flowers and flower-related arrangements are subject to a slight change in their appearance due to the seasonal and regional changes. However, we try our best to deliver what we show.
2) We do not cater to complaints based on personal preferences or are circumstantial. However, if the item is not up to the original standards then a complaint is to be made.
3) If your order is rotten, damaged, or distorted and if you wish to make a claim then it is mandatory to submit an ordered picture and its invoice within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will not entertain your case if you fail to submit the details in this time duration.
4) In the case of the unavailability of the product, we will recommend a substitute item and customers will decide about the order.
5) Giftkart.pk is not responsible for the delay in orders that happen due to the unrest in the city or any unforeseen events such as the
rough weather conditions.
